Refund policy

Each piece is custom and handmade to perfection for your little, we are a small shop and pride ourself in the quality of our work. We do not except cancellations or refunds. We will exchange your product for the same product ordered if it arrives damaged in transport from Canada Post/UPS/Fedex. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 72 hours so we can open up an investigation with shipping company and send out a new item ASAP.
