BIRTH DOULA CARE PACKAGE 1
what's Included:
PREGNANCY CARE
One hour initial consultation call to feel out if we are right for each other
Intro to Pregnancy Nutrition Online Session
Unlimited phone and email support for up to six weeks postpartum
One Prenatal Sessions (2 hours In-person)
24/7 on-call support for your birth (38 weeks until the birth of your baby)
BIRTH CARE
Birth Support (up to 2 hours postpartum)
During the birth process, I will be there to provide a safe space for you. To reassure you when needed and help you feel at ease as your birth unfolds. I make sure you stay nourished and well hydrated while also providing rest breaks for your partner (if applicable). I help you navigate conversations with care providers if needed making sure you feel you are respected and are making informed decisions during your birth.
Access to Breath Guidance, Relaxation Massage, and Yoga Movements during your birthing process
Birth supplies included: TENS unit, rebozo, essential oils, all birth pool gear/supplies including set up and take down
BIRTH PHOTOGRAPHY
Includes 20 Edited photos from your birthing process and first sweet moments with your partner and your baby. This service is complimentary and not included in the price of this package- my gift to you.
POSTPARTUM CARE
1 postpartum visits In these postpartum visits, I will provide feeding support and education around newborn care. These visits also provide a safe container to reflect on your birth process

Once your baby arrives, we will schedule our postpartum shifts according to your anticipated needs. Our postpartum visits include many different types of support and will depend on your family’s needs & structure:
Breastfeeding and or bottle feeding support
Babywearing information & support
Light household tasks & laundry
Meal preparation & cooking
Grocery pickup
Newborn supervision, bathing, feeding & care
Support for siblings & fur babies
Resources & references for anything beyond our scope
POSTPARTUM DOULA CARE PACKAGE 1
what's Included:
PREGNANCY CARE
POSTPARTUM CARE
Includes 20 daytime postpartum hours starting after you return home. 4 nighttime postpartum hours- can be substituted for daytime hours.
YOUR INVESTMENT $900
DAYTIME:
Daytime rates are $35/hour + tax and are applicable between 9am and 9pm. Each shift is a minimum of 4 hours, up to 8 hours. $5/hour added for overtime hours up to 12 hours.
OVERNIGHT:
Overnight rates are $45/hour + tax and are applicable between 9pm and 9am. Each shift is 8 hours. $5/hour added for overtime hours up to 12 hours.
A LA CARTE:
A la carte hours are $50/hour + tax and are applicable for day shifts less than 4 hours and overnight shifts less than 8 hours and subject to availability.
